"Concrete jungle", "Grey forest", "Monochrome", "Dull" These are all phrases and words we use to describe our cities. I propose the contrary. With this collection I try and shed a little light onto this misconception we have, by sharing some of the colors present in out cities. I gave myself the goal of making a color grid using only pictures of colors I could stand on. I start with the primary and secondary colors and end with a four-step greyscale. The captions are the average color of the picture in hex code. I invite you to try this yourself: take pictures of colorful things in your city, try putting rules on yourself like I did, maybe only things you can touch, or only things that you can move. Then, put them all in order and you will see how colorful cities truly are.
